A gift to Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) offered 15 annual scholarships to students who applied to attend classes full-time. The scholarships were for one student each of the county’s 12 high schools, as well as three individuals who had been out of school for a few years and were interested in restarting their education.

For more than 50 years, AACC has proudly served the diverse needs of Anne Arundel County by bringing educational excellence and innovation to the community and region. Students of all ages continually redefine themselves through 225 program of study and more than 3,500 courses. Established in 1961, AACC is a fully accredited, nationally recognized, public, two-year institution and the largest single-campus community college in Maryland, serving nearly 50,000 students annually in credit and noncredit courses.
